Through this document, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the ‘Privacy Code’),
we provide users visiting the website www.frateprecision.it with some information regarding the processing of their personal data.
Data processed and the purpose of the processing
Data provided directly by the user
Personal data provided by the user (or ‘data subject’) in an optional, explicit and voluntary manner are used to process requests
(e.g. for information or clarifications via the contact telephone numbers or email addresses indicated on the website).
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission
is implicit in the use of common internet communication protocols.
This is data that is not collected for the purpose of identifying the user, but, by its very nature, might, through further processing and association
with data held by third parties, allow the user to be identified.
This category of data may include the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the user connecting to the site, requested resource addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation, request time, server connection method, response file size, server response status (e.g. complete, error) and other information relating to the user’s operating system or environment.

Nature of the provision of data
With the exception of browsing data necessary for the implementation of IT and internet protocols, the provision of personal data by users is entirely optional.
However, failure to provide such data may result in the inability to proceed with any requests that the user has made or intends to make.
Processing methods and storage period
The data processing is performed with the support of information technology. The data is stored in electronic archives
equipped with security measures designed to mitigate any risk.
The data is processed and stored for the time necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected.
Therefore:
- Personal data collected for purposes relating to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the user shall be retained until the execution of such contract is completed and, in any case, for a time necessary to fulfil applicable tax obligations.
- Personal data voluntarily provided by the user as contact information shall be retained no more than 10 years, subject to any request for erasure made by the data subject.
The Data Controller may be obliged to keep personal data for a longer period if instructed to do so by a competent authority. At the end of the retention period, the personal data shall be erased, implying that, after the end of the period, rights of access, erasure, rectification and data portability may no longer be exercised.
Communication and disclosure
The user’s personal data may be communicated to and processed by:
(i) legal or physical persons acting as external data processors and carrying out contracted outsourcing activities (e.g. parties appointed to supply services of assistance, communication, marketing, advertising and promotion and sales of products or services, advertising agencies, IT services suppliers, website managers, electronic platform managers, partners, credit institutions, insurance companies, professional services);
(ii) employees and collaborators of the Data Controller (including system administrators), who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are specifically authorized to process the user’s personal data;
(iii) employees and collaborators of external data controllers (including system administrators), who, operating under the direct authority of the external data controllers, are specifically authorized to process the user’s personal data;
(iv) public authorities or public administrations upon request or legal obligation.
The collected data shall not be otherwise disclosed.
The data collected shall not be transferred to a foreign country without the express consent of the data subject, subject to any requests from competent authorities, as established by law.
In any case, any transfer to non-EU countries shall be made only if the European Commission considers that such countries offer adequate levels of protection, and, in any case, not before having implemented appropriate guarantees for preserving the confidentiality of the data.

- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to obtain an indication of:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the data processing;
